Antrim Coast Road – Northern Ireland – United Kindom



The Antrim Coast Road is one of Northern Ireland’s most scenic routes, stretching along the coastline of County Antrim between Larne and Ballycastle. Built in the 19th century, the road winds beneath rugged cliffs and alongside the Irish Sea, offering dramatic views of the coastline, beaches, and headlands. It forms part of the popular Causeway Coastal Route, attracting visitors from around the world.

The journey passes through the beautiful Glens of Antrim and several charming coastal villages, including Carnlough, Cushendall, and Cushendun. Along the route, travelers can enjoy spectacular natural attractions, such as waterfalls, forests, cliffs, and sandy bays. The road also provides access to famous landmarks including Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge and Giant’s Causeway.
